"Product": Refers to all services and products provided by AMZ Pro Publishing to the Customer according to their Order.
"Order": Refers to an order placed by phone or email to purchase services or products from AMZ Pro Publishing. Orders are confirmed by down payments via credit card, cash receipt, or bank wire transfer.
It is crucial to read and fully understand our refund policy to be aware of the privileges and limitations it entails. We offer refunds only in specific cases and under certain conditions, detailed below:
Customers can receive a full refund if they change their mind within the first hour of placing the order. After this period, refunds are not available for change of mind.
Once the work is delivered, customers can only claim a refund after exhausting all other options:
• If the work does not meet the project requirements as documented by the customer, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction.
• If we still fail to deliver as requested, a refund will be processed based on a mutual agreement on a set percentage.
We strive for "On Time Delivery," but if we fail to deliver the service on time after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed if it is proven through documentation that the delay was our fault.
Refunds must be claimed within 60 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
Refunds will not be issued for minor technical errors, such as grammatical mistakes or missing references. The company will not be responsible for delays caused by the client's actions.
If a project is abandoned without any written communication between the client and the account manager for at least 45 days, the project will be deemed closed. Fees will apply to reactivate the project.
A "Closed Project" is one that has been delivered in full or unclaimed for at least 45 days. AMZ Pro Publishing cannot be held liable after this period.
All content delivered to you is original. You retain full copyright of the products delivered. Unauthorized use of the delivered products or website content may subject you to civil or criminal penalties.
We do not condone or engage in plagiarism. We adhere to copyright laws and do not allow any customer to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws. You are solely responsible for any disciplinary actions arising from improper use of our materials.
We do not own copyright for images unless designed by our in-house illustrators. We provide links to recommended images for you to use. You may use royalty-free images, but you may need to pay for copyrighted images.
We will refund 100% of the paid fee if you request a refund before we start working on your order (except transaction charges). Once an order is delivered, no 100% refund is available. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may ask for a 50% refund of the paid amount, subject to verification of quality concerns. Special complaints demanding a full refund will be reviewed by an evaluation committee.
Editing Orders: We will revise content to correct objective or technical errors. Further revisions are at the company's discretion.
Ghostwriting Orders: We revise segments until approved by the client. Additional revisions after approval will be billed at an editing rate.
You agree to release and hold the company and its affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, claims, or actions arising from or related to our products and services. This includes issues beyond our control or caused by events beyond our control.
